Cricket X Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Cricket X ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all use of the Cricket X website, mobile application, and any related services.

By accessing the Cricket X platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

Cricket X reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.

To use Cricket X, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Each individual may hold only one Cricket X account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared payment methods, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Cricket X will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

Cricket X accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and other payment methods listed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. Supported methods may change over time — the deposit page always reflects the current options.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases this happens within a few minutes. Cricket X is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted.
• Cricket X does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

If a deposit is made in error or a transaction is disputed, contact support as soon as possible. Cricket X will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as a standard anti-fraud measure. Requests to withdraw to a different method require identity verification.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Bronze and Silver tier: Up to 24 hours from request approval.
• Gold tier: Up to 12 hours from request approval.
• Platinum and Diamond tier: Priority processing, typically within 2–4 hours.

Cricket X reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of tier. This is a security measure and is not a reflection of any suspicion of wrongdoing.

Withdrawals of funds that were deposited but never wagered may be subject to a processing review. Cricket X does not permit the platform to be used as a payment processing service.

All bets placed on Cricket X are subject to the specific game rules published on each game's page. These Terms apply in addition to, not instead of, those game-specific rules.

A bet is considered final and cannot be cancelled once it has been confirmed by the platform. In the event of a technical error that affects a game round, Cricket X reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player balances.

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed within each game interface.
• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the bonus terms applicable to that promotion.
• Cricket X reserves the right to limit bet sizes for individual players where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• All game outcomes are determined by a provably fair RNG system. Results cannot be influenced by the platform or the player after a round begins.

In the event of a dispute about a game outcome, the platform's recorded result is considered final. Players may request a review by contacting support with the relevant round ID. Reviews are completed within 5 business days.

Cricket X may offer promotional bonuses from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are stated in each promotion's terms.
• One bonus per player per promotion period, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting any applicable wagering requirements.

The Cricket X loyalty program rewards players with points for every bet placed across all games on the platform. Points accumulate toward tier status and weekly cashback. Key conditions of the loyalty program:

• Loyalty points are earned on real-money bets only. Bets placed with bonus funds do not earn loyalty points unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Tier status is based on lifetime accumulated points and does not reset.
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses over the preceding seven days and credited every Monday.
• Cricket X reserves the right to modify the loyalty program structure, including tier thresholds and cashback rates, with reasonable notice to players.
• Loyalty points and tier status are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the cashback mechanism.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Cricket X. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of balances:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud Cricket X or other players, including through chargebacks, false identity claims, or manipulation of payment systems.
• Money laundering: Using Cricket X to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity. Cricket X complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Harassment: Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at Cricket X staff or other players via any communication channel.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Cricket X account. This includes choosing a strong, unique password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.

Cricket X recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This feature is available to all players from the account security settings page.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Cricket X support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking the account while the investigation is ongoing.

Cricket X is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their credentials voluntarily or failing to maintain adequate account security on their own devices.

Cricket X collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Cricket X will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to operate the platform.

Cricket X is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for any other reason, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any applicable verification is completed.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

Cricket X provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cricket X's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Cricket X is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from network outages, device failures, or third-party service interruptions.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Cricket X may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably possible.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a change to the Terms, you should close your account before the change takes effect. Contact support to initiate account closure and arrange withdrawal of your balance.
